Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Welcome to (the ‘Site’). We value the rights of intellectual property and expect others to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners or their representatives can submit a takedown notice to us through our DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. To file an infringement claim, you must provide certain information:
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed;
- Information to help locate the infringing material;
- Contact details of the complaining party;
- A statement declaring that the use of the material is unauthorized;
- A declaration that the information provided is accurate and that the person is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Section 512(f) of Title 17 USC imposes penalties for misrepresentations in infringement notifications. Takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page by email for quick action.
We may share the details of any copyright infringement claim with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree to this.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If your content was removed due to a copyright claim, you can send a counter notification to have it restored. This notification must include:
- Your signature;
- Description of the removed material;
- A statement that the material was removed by mistake;
- Your contact information and consent for jurisdiction.
Send your counter notice through our Contact page via email.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We enforce a strict policy against repeat infringers under the DMCA and terminate their accounts.
